My landlord is sovereign of which share joint responsibility with Vistry and Linden, Perrybrook- Brockworth for all defects, disrepairs. After being put on the high priority emergency banding list via Tewkesbury council for housing. I was gratefully awarded this property with sovereign the customer service from sovereign was great until I moved in! I moved in 17th February and the same day reported tons of defects which are all still outstanding! I have spoken to vistry a gentleman called Georgi called of which I had to terminate the call due to rudeness and was causing me distress being disabled aswell as trauma recovering from abusive relationships in past this caused distress and trauma related issues. You vistry have sent a staff member to inspect, take photos and write a report of which you received baring in mind I accommodated this visit without any notification it was happening legally you have to inform a tenant at least 24 hours prior to any appointments unless deemed emergency ie. Gas leak! You ALL need to deal with the issues. YOU ALL need to stop passing the butt between you of who is responsible let alone the unreasonable and consistent excuses. Should I fail to have ALL these issues resolved and rectified I will seek support from the local councillors/MP and council. I have already had accidents of which after reporting to you the correct procedure was failed to be carried out and should I and other professionals of not kicked up a fuss an accident report would not of been done! No care towards tenants, no respect towards tenants and just constant neglect and abuse of your power! This stress you are causing and defects is unacceptable, a breach of my tenancy and not taking lawful responsibilities of your duties of care to tenants. Should I fail to receive dates, times and what you are repairing for all defects by 11th May 2023 I shall escalate this matter further!

This company will take you on a long journey of false promises and outright lies, we purchased a house in good faith on a quiet no through road overlooking green space, we now overlook a building site - the one concession that was made by the company was that they would erect a fence to shield us from our direct view of it. Sadly even this is now not happening. Would suggest that anybody considering using Linden/Vistry looks very carefully at the reviews on Trust Pilot.
