        Incompetent staff, on most days they won't even bother to take your parcels due to petty excuses like shortage of drivers / no space in store.

        All the staff are always so helpful and friendly. I use the Evri drop off most days for my small business and the customer service is exceptional 5*

        Today is my 3rd day I am trying to send parcels! First few times they didnt have any space to accept my parcels today the printer run out of paper and they havent had any replacement paper. Its a joke! If you cant provide a service just dont do it! I dont have time to drive to this drop off everyday hoping they will accept my parcels on this occasion! Its just ridiculous and disrespectful. Simply if you cant provide a service - just dont do it!!!

        Coop is a bit expensive but I do like the opening times. 7am - 10pm every day, as I usually get caught out and need something on a Sunday!
