In 2022, post Covid and my husband under cancer care I had a stressful response to a colleague who was not following company guidelines to Covid protocols. He labelled me as making him feel dirty. When he didnt get the results he wanted he decided it was racism.
To the point, I attended a disciplinary while under sick leave( I didnt know I could decline) after my interrogation I left in tears. My appeal and further questioning were dismissed.
Two weeks later I received the witness statements that labelled as.. not nice.. a gossip above us ( Dobbed me in for not working) and I was under mental health care for self harm and suicidal tendencies.
This says more about the company than my political inability though my own personal health issues
