A very special museum full of intricate historical facts artefacts and memories from times gone by - from the Elizabethan timber frames of the house itself to the extensive social history of the breweries, crafts, community life, market, agriculture, and the no longer functioning local railway in Bishop's Castle and South West Shrophire. Most special of all were the husband and wife duo who shared their passion for and knowledge of Bishop's Castle - bringing it all to life.
