Connection Flooring

Avoid at all costs!! Wish I read these reviews before I ordered! Ordered flooring to be delivered 20/4. It never came - when I contacted them which is near impossible to do as you can't physically speak with the delivery team ( wonder why) they said they attempted delivery and no one answer and they tried to call me - all a lie and my ring door bell backs that up. I've been trying to message them since asking for delivery sooner as its needed. Absolutely nothing.. no apology no recognition of their errors..nothing just " Its been re-booked for delivery". I managed to speak to someone in sales who said they would arrange a call back for me that also never happened. They just keep sending the same message likely not even reading my responses - honestly for the stress and poor customer service don't use them - Ill edit this with the quality of the flooring should it ever arrive but if their customer service is anything to go by I don't hold much hope.....

No contact number only a bot, usless, I made an order not told the product wasn't available they took the online order, took the payment, THEN, I was emailed awaiting stock, you will be contacted when available, nothing. I also requested some samples 2 weeks ago nothing, afraid I've been scammed, avoid, avoid falling into this scam trap people... why do I have to give any star, a black hole would be my rating..

Avoid at all costs if you need carpet delivered on the specified delivery day, missed delivery times , missed delivery days, plenty of updates via text and email all with different delivery times, none of which are correct, so are pretty pointless. A carpet will turn up eventually when you least expect it. Phone calls just get cut off.. definitely not recommended and definitely not use again.

Don't bother working for this company you will be used and tossed aside when your not needed. Plenty of promises and none actually fulfilled.
