Food order was wrong tried to charge for drinks we didnt have staff running about in track suits and trainers not very professional wont be goin back quite disappointed as was usually nice

Came not that long ago and was to die for lovely .... BUT tonight well different story staff didn't have a clue half menu was missing vegetables were raw half the items you were supposed to get on the plates was missing food had no taste bairns didnt get their ice cream or juice tables were sticky as!!! safe to say I will not be back rotten!!!

Went in December couldn't fault it at all was lovely went in today its gone down hill half the menu had been crossed out things were missing on plate and the staff clearly do not speak because change the bairn food because they couldn't do it then not even 5 min after some else came over and asked me the same question

We went and had Sunday carvery it was absolutely beautiful and the desert was lush! The staff are lovely and friendly too! Kid-friendliness: I had my 1 year old baby and the staff went out of there way to make sure i had everything we needed and she was happy
