        Disgraceful service. As soon as I said I didn't want to contribute to prescription glasses, the staff were very uninterested and talking amongst themselves. You should be ashamed, and I certainly won't come back!!

        I decided to give Vision Express a go, given my awful experience with Specsavers last year. The staff were great, the right mix of friendly and professional. The eye test was very thorough, and they didnt charge extra for the photography, which Specsavers do. I wasnt pressurised into buying (again, Specsavers do). I will certainly be using Vision Express again.

        Everyone in the team were very helpfull, especially the manager when i was having difficulty adapting to my new varifocals My experience up to now has been positive. The 100 day exchange or refund is also reasuaring especially if i can't get used to my new varifocals
