Donated furniture...had more to donate which is free collection but wanted to buy an item and have it delivered the same time. No leeway! Lost sale and future donations.

The two men from BHF to do my late Mums house clearance turned up at the house punctually. What could be sold in the shop was taken away first, then they came back to collect everything else which had to go to the tip. They took away absolutely everything that we had requested, including the contents of my Dads garage. They worked tirelessly to get the job done and were very courteous, always checking to see they were taking items which we needed to be removed. Although it was sad to see my former home emptied, it was necessary to get things done. It is an excellent service and I have no qualms about recommending the BHF.. Thanks also to Clare (Bishop Auckland) for organising everything for us.
