Hired a drug dealer.
Said he would add more security to the building, didnt.
Druggies and freaks running riot in their buildings, police always involved.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Edit (in response to owner):
Disappointing to see that you would just commit such a brazen breach of privacy, Jack.
Especially since the police were involved at my address due to mental health issues.
As for the drug dealer comment, someone in your building (a former neighbour of mine) has been recorded saying they use illegal substances on a regular basis- this particular person has offered several times to sell illegal substances to me. This person also states that they now work for you.
Another party involved in the recording states how people will just sit in the hallways and use numerous illegal substances- implying a likeness to a crack den.
The parties involved are also recorded laughing and joking about how much they hate the police- including this employee of yours- so I cant exactly take you seriously on your supposed willing involvement with the police.
I have previously reported this to the police twice. Once through Crime Stoppers, and another time to a police officer who was guarding a door in your building due to the flat being a crime scene- a crime scene investigation unit van then showed up at the building (which I have seen at the building several times).
People I talk to joke and say things like You got out of there alive?, and since it has such a reputation in the local area, in no part due to your negligence, I thought I would add a review to warn others about this.
As for official complaints, I dont believe they will go anywhere, as this drug dealer neighbour has told me about the lack of care and anonymity in your handling of complaints- since you have shown them several complaints about them and who they are from- which, to me, shows a complete lack of professionalism.
