I found the staff at Dowens very friendly and also very professional. Thomas was very positive about the sale of my house right from the start and I was amazed at how quickly a buyer was found. The girls in the office, Lisa and Catherine were brilliant too, very helpful and pleasant and always kept me up to date with what was happening with the sale. I would definitely recommend Dowens to anyone.

Dowen Bishop Auckland are absolutely fantastic. From the moment Thomas came out to market our property to completion of our new home, the service has been first class. The team sold our house within a week, and have pulled out all the stops on a difficult (due to solicitors) journey to buying our new one! Catherine was particularly helpful in the earlier stages, helping with speeding up the process. More recently, Lisa has been amazing in understanding our needs and helping us to secure our home when it sometimes felt like it would never happen! We would not hesitate to use Dowen again in future, they are so friendly, helpful and kind.
