Hugely experienced and knew exactly where to look to find the source of a leak that previous repair attempts (by previous home owner) had failed to fix. Highly recommended. Just bought an house in shildon ask for this company to come out and give me a quote on some repairs to my property but because I don't actually live close to the property I've just purchased they wouldn't come out and give me a quote. even though I could have put thousands of pounds worth of work there way if the quote would have been alright. just abit shocked ( I'm sorry who told you i was a private landlord I never did. I don't rent any properties out I never have )

Upper Tier supplied and fitted a replacement dry ridge system to the high roof and lower garage roof of my property. The installation included scaffolding access to both roof areas and the installation of this was tidy, smooth and fuss free in advance of the roofing operatives visit. The new ridges were installed in just over a day and look very good, perfectly level and set out. As part of the work some other damaged tiles were replaced on a lower front roof and UT went to the trouble of taking weathered tiles from the rear high roof slope (replacing them with new tiles) to ensure that the lower repair was unobtrusive. We were very pleased and impressed with Upper Tier and would recommend them without hesitation to anybody considering roof work. Service: Roof repair
