        Love going to Frank's they are very helpful and they have fitted me in to get my carpets laid when my decorating is done

        We shopped here for a landing carpet on Sat 18th March. We were greeted by Tony as we entered the shop. Tony then left us to look around before asking if we required any help. His knowledge,customer service and patience was excellent. He assisted us with our choice with no pressure. What a credit to the company he is. We will 100% shop here again for another carpet and recommend the store to our friends. Thank you so much Tony for an outstanding shopping experience.

        Brilliant customer service in store and very professional fitters. We ordered a carpet which was too small, our fault ,and they replace it with correct size without extra charges. 1st class service
