        8 foot x 4 foot trailer used for the last 10 years has suddenly become too long as apparently the hitch (which can house no rubbish) is included. Despite this bizarre situation a warning that it could not be used again would have been nice, not turn us away to have to drive out, empty the car, put the contents of the trailer in the car and drive back in to tip same rubbish !

        Second experience here, and second disappointment its clean and tidy (which is why it get a second star), but after two separate conversations with two different members of staff here I have come to the conclusion that we have very very different opinions of what household waste is I understand that we live in a society where we need rules and regulations but we also dont need John Jobsworths Would recommend Heighington for a friendly service.
