I had an issue with the air remote I purchased, I emailed customer services who responded immediately. As it turns out I purchased the wrong remote for my TV. Customer service have sent me the replacement remote today along with a pre paid envelope so I can return the old one. I have to say this is a fantastic service not normally seen from most companies, I whole heartedly recommend Cello.

Bought a TV for my husband at Christmas as he is visually impaired. It has some great features and it's made his life that bit easier. We've had absolutely no issues and only good things to say. Great to be able to buy British as well!

I have purchased 3 Cello 32ins televisions in the past year. The only problem I had to over come is that the remote, does not stand up to being sat on, as my mother trapped hers in a reclining chair, my neighbour sat on his. A quick phone call problem was solved, thank you Jayne, at Cello.

Bought our new TV in summer. Excellent service, excellent product. Highly recommend. My parents have two, bought some years back, never had any issues. Keep it up, Cello!
