We have been trying to speak to this organisation for some time regarding issues with a neighbouring property. They started off by saying they would deal with the issues but are now not even answering their phone. One of the issues is a serious risk to both their property and ours. We are now having to get other agencies involved because DCHA are proving to be both rude and impossible to deal with. I feel sorry for anyone who is a tenant of theirs and would have to say avoid them at all costs. Very disappointed not to have received a reply to my email. This company are still coming across as very uncaring and uncooperative.
