Our mam passed away 10 weeks ago and had a funeral co-op prepayment plan .Due to covid 19 services were restricted so we were told a refund would be put into place..funeral plus extras was paid day after mams funeral after bill was sent out straight away.8 weeks later after numerous calls and excuses getting passed from one person to another we have decided to take things further..Upon this we have been told the refund is now in progress and will take another 6 weeks.This company has showed no empathy or respect to us and has zero customer service experience once your family funeral is over and they have got your money.Your marketing is very misleading as advertisers sympathy and understanding, we have yet to see any of this.Please remember familys are grieving.
