        They have a certain way with them and there auto matic machine is not the the best for reminders. It really should remind you couple of days early not a day. I understand we need to get into work and forget about our voluntary work. While should still try and work around what voluntary work you do have because it is the Jobcentre that put you into voluntary work anyway as I work alongside the JobCentre they should work alongside this.
