Auckland Dental Practice

Had an emergency appointment within a couple of hours of raining in on Wednesday. X-rays showed a rear molar had split in two pieces and no option other than extraction there and then. Phil Greenwell was very kind and considerate. He talked me through the whole procedure which was quick and completely painless. A follow up call 48 hours later from Tracy in the office to make sure I was OK completed the experience which was wonderful (if a tooth extraction can be described as such). First class professional job by the whole team and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you all.

Very professionally run practice. Joined a year ago and it's reassuring to have two checkups a year and a consistent dentist each time I go. Reception staff are friendly and check-in and surveys are done in advance online speeding up the process on arrival. Mr Brown is great, and I know from having Mr Greenwell as a child back when they were an NHS practice, that he's pretty awesome too. Recommended

After years of avoiding dentists due to fear and then being unable to find an NHS dentists, we bit the bullet and decided to go private and join Auckland Dental. Do we regret it? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Over the years we've been to a number of dental practices and never have we experienced such good treatment as here. From the reception team, to the Dentist and Dental Nurses, everyone we've met has been incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. Even calling after visits to check how we're doing. Price wise, even for Private Treatment, the prices did seem reasonable and it didn't feel as though we were being asked to have any unnecessary treatment (which is something we've experienced elsewhere). Having now joined DenPlan via Auckland Dental, we now feel well looked after and confident that we'll get the treatment we need, when we need it. Thanks!!!

Absolutely amazing service, I could not rate/ recommend any more. I have been going to Auckland dental practice since a young girl and now my children are patients too, Phil is amazing with my children, as a result they love a visit to the dentist. I wouldnt go to see anyone else and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my kids either. Professional and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you very much x
