First time at this surgery today and I was quite nervous due to previous experience with a different dentist and practice, I arrived on time and the receptionist was friendly and greeted me warmly, as did a second receptionist who arrived shortly after, I only waited a couple of minutes and was sent to the surgery room and Alex and his nurse Mae were fabulous, they totally put me at ease and were very reassuring and informative throughout my visit, Alex explained what would happen next and why, I made a follow up appointment with receptionist on my way out and of course paid my bill, I need not have been nervous at all and feel positive about my return visit. Thanks Alex and Mae and team.

Visited Alex today for dental treatment and as ever had a very professional friendly service . Made to feel very welcomed and always feel confident that I am dealt with in a caring manner not made to feel like just a number at this practice. Cannot recommend this practice enough well done also to the receptionist today who dealt with a challenging situation showing patience and great empathy for a confused elderly gentlemen . Well done keep up your great work it is very much appreciated .
