First time in Starbucks, will never be back!!! How rude is the what turned out to be the supervisor called katie.. the other girl was lovely but after getting our order wrong I was met with hostility and rudeness and would also go as far to say aggressive behaviour.. I will be contacting the head office about her its absolutely disgusting to pay that amount of money for a once in a while treat to be treat like that.. and frustrating that Im quite sure if management had witnessed this she would of been sacked instantly.

The ginger girl Katies attitude was absolutely disgusting The order was wrong three times and still had an attitude She wouldnt let me speak to the manager and continuously sighing and sliding the drinks across the counter then when approached about her attitude she replied right whatever Service manners and the worst Ive ever come across .

Really poor service, the place seems to be ran by kids. Ordered a fairly big order through drive thru and had paid, I then asked if I could scan my Starbucks card and I was rudely told that I should have told them prior to paying (I believe I spoke to Katie). As someone who hadnt used a Starbucks card previously I was unaware of this and previously I havent been asked if I even had one. Half of the time they dont have anything on promotion and they dont update the menu accordingly when items are no longer available. A really big shame considering there is vast competition within the retail park and considering how large Starbucks is as a chain I really wouldnt expect this poor of service.

Visit this Starbucks all the time and first visit as a gold member. (You get extra benefits as a gold member). I got less this time on my visit. I have a coconut milk mocha most times; but no coconut milk today; had to settle for a latte which wasn't the best today. Service always slow as they prioritse driv thru Today I struggled to find a clean table (cleared but not clean. They are filthy with rings of old coffee cups - suggestion use a cloth) Suggestion for the staff. If you are out of something you need to offer alternatives.. I will no doubt be back at some point as it's my closest Starbucks but I won't be coming 1-2 times a week like I used to.
