Because I wanted to enquire about fit notes that have been getting since last September for my back pain(MSK)getting nothing of them yet got a questionair in October filled that in posted it of before November.

They sent a letter of to the jobcentre in crook I got word back on my universal credit to have a appointment between 3.30 and 4.30.pm for my desition for work capability program got word back on the evening on my universal credit and it said you are not limited for capability of work.
