Another absolutely perfect visit to see Andy at Triology - again, I leave really pleased with what he has managed to achieve during my fitting. I had decided that I wished to move to Speedplay pedals (that I had bought online) so I consulted with Andy and then booked an appointment online through their bookings page - so quick, easy and efficient for both parties. Andy made it look easy and made sure that everything looked right to him and felt right for me - if you have seen all the screws and bits and pieces that come with Speedplay you'll start to understand how complex they look! He adjusted float, added a shim to one of my cleats and advised on using them on the road. I cannot recommend the service that Andy provides enough - it is a bit of a journey for me but always 100% worth it. (Also great to meet Mick for the first time who offered a warm welcome and a good chat before I left)

Great service from Andy from start to finish. I had a bike sizing session with him to ensure that I was ordering the correct size road bike, then once my new bike arrived, I went back for a full Retul fit. Andy highlighted a number of physiological things and gave me guidance on how to correct them there and then or provided the appropriate changes to the bike to fit my movement. Due to go back in 8 weeks for a follow up once everythings bedded in and Ive had time to get out and ride - all included in the bike fit cost!

Ive known Andy & Mick for a while now and Andy has been my go to for bike fits. Im more than happy to travel from The Midlands as know the service these guys offer is fantastic. Andy spends a considerable amount of time on working on your position and Ive been comfortable & injury free since. Knowledgeable, friendly and happy to have you in store over a cuppa and chat.
