I was refused to book an appointment because my hair is thick (medium length) and the process it might have taken a bit longer even though I was prepared to pay extra. I even suggested to Susan to use her "unique" technique which I presume it takes less time but I have still been refused which made me feel weird and started to question myself. I've never wrote bad reviews before, however, this time I don't want anyone to go through what I went today. Service: Hairstyling
