        Staff not helpful asked to speak somewhere in private told point blank no asked them to transfer money to a company they would help check account was not bogus stillagain refused and told send money your self moneybut thought it better doing it at bank due to amount wouldnt listen and rude

        Staff have always been more than friendly and happy to assist despite the sometimes rude and obnoxious customers they have had to try and please during the last 2 years .
