        My wife is home ill so I've just pop into Bishop Auckland branch to pay some cash in for her. They wouldn't take the 500 cash. Said it had to be her that paid it in. How can she pay it in if she is house bound. Now the wife needs another way to pay her bills. Been like this for 2 years the branch said. No it hasn't as I've paid cash in before. Poped up the road and paid cash into the wife Darlington account no problem. WHAT USE IS A BANK THAT DDOSNT TAKE CASH.........

        Totally agree with other reviews and I got the same woman initials JS, ended up putting in a formal complaint. Staff had a queue out the door, there's more movement in a morgue than in the Bishop Auckland branch.
