This is diabolic service ... 3 staff...the teller is very slow, the customer service agent cannot get through to head office fraud department who have blocked a payment. NOW... we can't draw any cash. The bottom line is: Santander has erroneously blocked a payment online and even visiting the branch with several proofs of identity does not allow us access to OUR money! Appalling systems.
