        I've not had previous experience of property managers so I have no comparison. I will say though that Eaves do respond to emails and make a considerable effort to assist effectively to requests. Regarding cleaning, I would say they do their job, but it would be hard to do less and still be able to justify the costs.

        As a renting tennant, I telephoned to complain via interpreter about health & safety risk in electricity cupboard. I was told my complaint would go straight in the bin. I wrote in with a complaint and Hazem Roushdy has responded by suggesting harassment and fraud against me. I am now complaining to the property ombudsman. This has caused me a lot of stress.
