We ordered a potting shed in January 2023, with a quoted lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. Our initial positive feelings were slightly diminished over the proceeding weeks due to a lack of communication, particularly as we had requested a change to the base, and I was keen for them to acknowledge that. Installation was on 9th March Ultimately though, the service we received was excellent. Derek arranged removal of our old shed, changes to the slab, and installation of our new building all before we were due to go on holiday, despite staff illness and poor weather. Our experience thus far has been great and the shed is already getting good use.

was meant to come on a certain day didnt come. When they did turn up they didnt finish the job when supposed to doors were left off for 3 weeks before they came back and fixed them. Very frustrating and they are unprofessional if i could give them no stars i would.

Great experience and a terrific quality office at a very reasonable price. Derek and the team were patient with questions (I had a lot), they never gave me a big sell- just happy to chat, the installation was done brilliantly and the cabin is great. Holds warmth even in this cold weather. We had the roof strengthened in the design to accommodate a live sedum roof which I added later. Love the cabin. Very happy and would 100% recommend

QGB erected a large Lugarde cabin and potting shed for me just over 6 years ago, and from Day 1 I found that Derek and his team provided me with a professional and courteous service. Even following a recent issue with the cabin, QGB provided me with an effective solution under the 7-year warranty. I have recommended 2 friends to QGB, and both are very happy with their purchases and the service received. If youre looking for a garden building, youll be hard-pushed to find a better local supplier; go and talk to Derek: youre unlikely to be disappointed. UPDATE: QGB attended in year 8, and fully resolved an issue with the roof covering - once again demonstrating their attention to customer service.
