We arrived to find the cottage immaculate and fitted out to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you'd need, the beds were very comfortable and the internet excellent. The cottage is set in an idyllic little village with friendly staff, great food and beer. We had a great time exploring Harrogate and the Royal Horticulture Society Harlow Carr Gardens, hiking from Gargrave to Malham, visiting the Kilnsey Crag Agricultural Show, dining at the the Ivy in Harrogate as an anniversary treat and meeting up with friends in Barnard Castle. Christine fully deserves her 5 stars as she is an outstanding host. The lovely comments she has in her guest book show how well thought of she is..
