I'd been waiting for my parcel to arrive for a while, so I emailed The Essentials Wardrobe and they acted straight away and sent another to try to ensure I got it in time for Christmas. It did arrive and I'm really impressed with the Merino wool jumper I ordered and the no nonsense customer service. I'll definitely shop here again.
