Big fat OMG, I never knew I could see highland coos in Leicestershire! I bought loads of bags of carrots that were reduced in the co op, took the kids down to feed them and they were extremely friendly, they woofed down the carrots like it was the last days of Rome! They love apples too so take plenty of snacks for them or theyll be well hacked off! . I parked in the church car park which I also recommend. It does say parking for church goers only but I thought it wouldnt be very christian to disapprove PS, Im currently touring the highlands at the moment and they are not as friendly as the Wanlip coos!

Dog-friendliness: Lots of dog walking remember to pic up the poo as children are falling and wandering in the grass. Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait More

Beautiful and rustic by day. The setting for a horror movie at night. The picturesque features are slightly dampened by the overwhelming smell from the nearby pig farm and sewage station.
