Ash and Arj to the rescue! We recently had an issue with our new build property in the new Lubbesthorpe area, where our radiators were overheating past the temperature set on the thermostats. Was told by Barrats wed just passed our 2 year warranty so they wouldnt be able to help, so I found Ash (who was highly recommended on the Facebook groups for the new Lubbesthorpe area) and he came by to initially investigate the issue at no cost and then came out again to install a new thermostat, since we havent had any issues with the temperature in our house! Superb customer service and really friendly guys

Ashok did a little job for me cutting out old pipes in the house. While performing this work, he located a gas leak in the installation, identified the location of the leak and disconnected it. The first job resulted in setting up the next meeting which consisted in replacing the faulty installation. I would like to recommend the services of Ashok, who performs his work in a responsible manner, guided by the safety of his clients. He is undoubtedly a professional whose services I will use and I can recommend his services to others.

Ash installed a new boiler at my old house, and also serviced it every year. He has always been on time, efficient and really knows what he is doing. I ended up moving a few years down the line, to a house which had no heating with my wife and 15 month old, before the move, I was constantly in touch with Ash, keeping him updated on when we were going to move, so he could install a new heating system as soon as we move in. He always made sure he was available to do it due to our circumstances. Once we moved in, it was freezing, Ash and his team (Arj) quickly started the install process of the new heating system, channeling out the walls to install new piping, installing a new combi boiler and new radiators, plus removing all the waste and cleaning up. He and Arj went out of there way to help us out, we couldn't of asked for more. They did a fantastic job and we are now a lot happier in our nice warm home!
