        AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Awful delivery team! Didnt even try and get the sofa through the door just decided it wouldnt fit, was more concerned with getting to next job so he could finish for the day!!! As for the customer service! Dont waste your money with the sofa shield rubbish! Call the customer service about a fault that would of been discovered had they bothered to get it in the house (which me and my Mrs did without any real issues ) part of the recliner doesnt work but no one ever answers the phone to sort it out! I have waiting 2 weeks for an engineer to ring me back but cannot get a hold of a single soul!!! Sofa May end up back in show room at this rate absolutely terrible!!!

        Went a few weeks ago and originally dealt with Murph. He was very friendly, helpful and extremely patient with us. He recommend sofas based on our preferences and overall was excellent which is why we came back to store to order. Saj processed the order and also did the finance application a couples of weeks later, he was also excellent. Sofas arrived yesterday and very happy!

        Waited over 13 weeks for new sofa worth over 5k and one sofa had cross threaded bolts and the 2nd sofa had a small rip and stains on 2 cushions. Now left waiting with no sofas in the house for a call back that could take up to 72 hours. 5k and wasted a days holiday from work for nothing. Not impressed at all.
