Worst experience ever. The salesman in carpet department is not professional and unhelpful. He ask me 20% deposit for measure without any quick quote.

Took delivery of 2 sofas in january and reported problems with both sofas having badly and distorted cushions. Took photos into store and showed to manager , who agreed these were not right and emailed customer services in front of me to rectify this and order new cushions. He has done this to me twice now and i have heard nothing. Rang customer services yesterday, only to be told he had not emailed them, so he has sat in front of me twice now and blatantly lied to me. Am now sending pictures to customer services direct to try and rectify, but not holding my breath. The product delivered does not match what we saw on website and witnessed in store when ordering, so why should we have it in our house

Disgusting experience at ScS Birstall. A disgrace for leaving my elderly father without a sofa to sit on. You were so kind taking his 3.5k wasn't you? But then you intimidated him by telling him he can't get his sofa delivery date until he paid the remaining balance. So once you provided him with a delivery date, he paid the balance, donated his old sofa, Then you cancelled his delivery date with no explanation. Now he's left with nothing, not even an indication when his sofa will be delivered.

Upon actually ordering our sofa in store the sales assistant (I believe he was called Michael) was incredibly persistent and helpful, which I now understand as manipulation to secure the sale. We were literally (and I mean he was adamant of the fact) promised that our sofa would arrive mid feb which was a big selling point for us as we have a newborn baby due also in feb, confident enough that the sales associate was being truthful we went with the purchase and proceeded to get rid of our old sofa. Now here we are, mid feb with no sofas and a date for the sofa to arrive at the distribution centre (not even to be delivered because apparently they can only estimate that) as 6th March. Customer service are pretty much useless and just deflect any blame from the company and reiterate the same rehearsed little speech every time you call to query or complain. Absolutely avoid, wishing now I had read the reviews beforehand!

Been waiting on the phone for 11minutes, trying to talk to someone...I then decided the call-back option 1. While I was still on the call I got a voicemail from SCS, my question is, why didn't you answer while I was on the line? So you are not calling me back again? I have to recal? Well, you are not going to see my money if I have to beg for your services.
