        A massive THANK YOU for the Local Properties especially Russell for looking after our business (flats) located in Birstall. For nearly 2 years we do not have to worry about anything related to the property management. Great communication and prompt acting time when required. Very polite team and always helpfull. Also reasonable prices. Highly recommended to any landlord!

        We recently bought a property being sold by Local Properties & they could not have been more helpful. Julie showed us round for the first visit, explained everything & answered any questions we had. We made an offer the following day & things progressed from there. We did go back for another viewing for measurements, etc. & this time we dealt with Russell. Unfortunately there were a few problems, nothing to do with Local Properties, but they were extremely helpful in sorting things out & Russell kept us informed all the way through. We didn't have a Solicitor but they recommended one, also a removal company & different tradespersons, all of whom have been excellent. Thank you Russell & all at Local Properties.
