        Have a toilet seat that got broken just after 1year. despite the fact that it has 1 year warranty (which I believe should be more) they helped me in obtaining a new one. Thanks

        Can't thank James at Sanipex UK enough for the service given after we purchased new bathroom fittings/ shower tap and diverter from our local bathroom store in Truro some 3 years ago. I recently noticed a leak coming from the diverter valve knob so thought the local shop where we purchased all might carry spares which they did not, nor were they interested in trying to locate them giving us only a clue as to who might hold them. Following a Google search Sanipex came to our rescue i sent James a photo of the Valve asking for a seal kit his response was no problem within a few days a new valve complete was in the mail Brilliant service Mike Green

        We had a Bagnodesign BDS-MLI-701224 - A -WH WC installed in 2018. One of the soft close hinges on the seat was not staying in place and we contacted Sanipex to ask for help. They were really helpful, identified the necessary parts and sent them to us by DPD very quickly. Great service, thank you James.
