My first time having my artwork printed onto t-shirts and whilst I had issues with the site and artwork file size the staff were very helpful and I've received an even better result than what I was expecting. My customers loved the t-shirts and so I would definitely order again. Cheers

I have just ordered for the first time. My order came quickly and the quality of the sweatshirt with the embroidery on is exceptional high standard. The colours are vibrant, perfectly matched with the image I sent, which is in line with my brand. I am absolutely thrilled with my order - I will definitely be re-ordering again from Banana Moon Clothing.

The thing I valued most from my experience with Banana Moon was the excellent customer service I received. I corresponded mostly with Monika who was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was also very helpful with gathering example photos of items similar to what I wanted to order. The ordering, approval and payment process was well explained and very straightforward. I particularly liked that you could feedback on the design proofs directly through the website rather than having to start a new email chain or call, so you could see all comments in the same place as the order. The items (custom beanies) I ordered arrived on time with delivery tracking and my group are incredibly happy with the quality and price of them! The only thing I think could be improved is perhaps having more visibility of what stage the order is in e.g. order confirmed > garments being printed/embroidered > garments dispatched etc. I dont know how feasible that would be to implement but I think that would elevate an already excellent experience even further! Overall Im incredibly happy with my whole experience with the Banana Moon team and would happily order from them again!

I have ordered couple of individual items with custom embroidery (I supplied the images) and I was so impressed by the both the ease of the ordering process and how quickly they arrived. Mostly, I was amazed by the quality of the embroidery itself - it all came out even better than I expected. Thanks Banana Moon, I will be ordering from you again.
