Absolutely brilliant club for both adults and children. Both me and my daughter attend, my daughter absolutely loves attending the classes to learn, have fun and meet up with her friends old and new. Master kay helps everyone who attends to better themselves within all aspects of martial arts and life by teaching respect, discipline, confidence and to be able to defend themselves if the situation ever came up. Would highly recommend this type of mixed materials arts to anyone who is interested in bettering themselves whether that be in self-defence or just to improve their lives through fitness.
