        We had a bed delivered and when we opened the packaging for the wooden slats they were covered in mould and soaking wet! Please see photo. We have tried numerous times to contact the company and no response at all. Very very poor customer service!

        Ordered a base from the website on the Sunday received a call on the Monday to see if I would pay an extra delivery charge which I agreed to pay a week later after several calls and emails etc from myself I eventually got a call back to say they would delivery my base at the weekend great! A week later Im still waiting ..extremely dissatisfied!

        I purchased a bed from this company (over 900) & when it arrived the driver asked me to help him carry the bed into my flat (first floor). I have asthma & it nearly did me in. All this time the driver's girlfriend sat in the van. Now when I spend serious money on an item, I expect it to be delivered into my home. And the attached headboard is so heavy that it does not stay in place because the screw clamps aren't up to the job. Had to screw batten under headboard to keep it in place. The bed is comfortable but 1 star off for poor delivery & 1 off for deficient headboard.
