Took a duvet to be dry cleaned Collected it and once got home and unwrapped it, the duvet was damp and had to dry it at home for nearly two days If you do not have facilities to dry duvet, do not provide the service

Got my suit dry cleaned before a wedding in Canada. I kept the suit in the wrapper as I didnt have a suit bag to keep it clean. Opened it on the morning of the wedding to find no waistcoat. I will be returning when I get home and hoping they have it, or will be demanding they replace it.

Took a suit in to be dry cleaned on Thursday and asked if it could be ready for Saturday. I was assured this would be fine. The lady behind the desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I arrived to collect on Saturday the suit was no where to be found!! A different lady just kept telling me the manager was on holiday and it wasn't her fault! My partner had to search the shop himself and found the suit screwed up in a ball at the bottom of a bucket underneath other uncleaned clothes! There was no apology or explanation just excuses and "it's not my fault". Shocking service!
