THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, WORST SURGERY I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF HAVING TO VISIT!!

I phoned at 8.04am and managed to get through to be on hold for 44 minutes and the phone cut off, called back 3 times no answer diabolical the place needs shutting down and for somebody whos experienced enough to run a doctors to reopen it. Not to mention the chemist opposite who dont have any understanding for individual needs and gaslight and abuse patients. Completely unacceptable behaviour from people who call themselves professionals who we are meant to trust. Stay well away!

I have no idea what has happened to this practice.i have been with them for 30 plus years. Having to queue on a morning is ridiculous, (emergency appts) mine wasnt, and you can't pre book even when you are physically there...but, you can't get through on the telephone.i have booked on line, telephone appt..over a month away..ridiculous. Still no booking confirmation.

Absolutely amazing surgery, from the receptionist, the Doctor who was amazing felt so cared for, same day, visit to the nurse, and prescription ready to pick up u thankyou so much
