I usually go to Superdrug for eyebrow threading but after a few bad experiences I decided to go next door to Boots to see if the did any brow services. I asked the Boots staff and they got a staff member from Benefit (Olivia) down from a meeting for me. Olivia was amazing!! She talked through everything she was doing, made me feel so comfortable and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Didnt try to upsell or pressure, and made sure I was relaxed!! I had my brows mapped, paid a little extra for some under eye cooling patches, and had them tinted and waxed. Olivia asked what I liked about my eyebrows, what I want them to be like - so refreshing after Superdrug just thread them with no questions asked, and no chatting! We had a great chat throughout the service Olivia even chatted me through some Benefit makeup, asking what I usually wear, and showing me some products. No pressure to buy but gave me a discount if I do want to buy some next time Im shopping Benefit is a bit more pricey than I usually pay, but for the whole experience it is definitely worth it.
