Terrible lied about sending parts then when I asked where they were no communication and price increase rip offs also get negative comments removed on ebay to make them look trustworthy terrible company will be spreading the word and reviewing on as many platforms as possible

Placed an offer on the Ebay page for some 330i brakes and pads bundle it gave me the option to make an offer so who wouldn't give it a shot ?? , i made an offer for 75's when they were originally 85.95 since i made my offer for 75 the Ebay site Evelex has increased to 99.95 for the same item jjst 5 hours after i made my offer which was last night it seems like they done it just to spite me and my offer i think it's very unprofessional and i really needed to get some brakes and on a budget they made it an option to get them cheaper and then increased the pricing to suits themselves especially when they don't have many left in the exact item why would you all the sudden charge 15's in a way it's Bully tactics and i will be contacting there office about this because it's really unfair and i feel like they are trying to make my experience unpleasant so if i could rate them a 0 i definitely would and id avoid as they clearly are out to rip customers off by increasing rates by 20% over night because of my offer of 75 which i offered to even pay the original listing price which i bet they won't let me have ! either way i hope this catches a few eyes and puts people off using these people are they're just bully's

I can't comment on other people's reviews, but my experience with Evelex couldn't have been better. A very good company supplying quality products at competitive prices. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. An extra big shout, and much respect to Reece, who went the extra mile when dpd screwed up. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

They required registration before sending the order out and that's sensible. Sent the reg 3 mins after they asked. 4 days later they tried to say I didn't send it (sent the screen shots over). Then was incredibly rude via message.

Purchased discs and pads on eBay then they contacted me that I had to pay extra as apparently they were not correct had my parts delivered and found out the pads were correct and they sent me wrong ones spoke a couple of times on phone said they would refund me never did and also they would send correct ones out and they didnt arrive was fobbed off everytime I spoke to them think they need to update there system as they used my reg and told them wrong parts and went to euro car parts and they found correct parts straight away so had to pay extra again to get it correct do not use as they will rob you and they dont give refunds a lot of muppets working there as I spoke to about 4 different people and no one knows what they are doing.
