I went to Paula's class every week during my pregnancy, and it was the best thing I've ever done. Learned so much about pregnancy and labour, others share their experiences as well, partners class for those who want it, and I just felt like my body had an overall MOT after her classes. I don't know what I would've done without her classes!

Yoga with Paula is so much more than you could imagine. Paula is an experienced yoga teacher, who gentle guides you and your ever changing body through the exercises that keep you strong and prepared to labour. The thing is, that somehow, the yoga becomes the background reason you love her class. With Paula you can really prepare for labour and early Motherhood. Its the place to ask all the questions you dont know where to find answers, you share your pregnancy with others, and talk about what happens in labour. Paulas classes are where you will find unexpected friendships (mine are still lasting friends now), support, guidance, advice, reassurance and you will feel her genuine love and care. I can not recommend her high enough

I have attended Paulas classes few years ago, both pregnancy yoga as well as post-natal with the baby! The classes are held at her home, in a spacious room dedicated for these activities. Since day one, she greeted me with a smile, care and genuine I am here for you attitude! I was always looking forward to come there. That special space, atmosphere and possibility to meet other women who were in the same boat as you was amazing! We not only worked on breathing techniques, birth positions but we also had an opportunity to talk at the end of the session! With no rush, with a cup of tea prepared by Paula and a selection of biscuits and fruit! You would be surprised how such small gestures like that make a huge difference! We shared our worries, joys, were able to have a moan or two and have a laugh about it. Closer to my due date, I had worries about my baby being in a breech position and Paula helped me to get an additional scan with her contact, putting me at ease! Post-natal with babies was also lovely! Paula was there to help with the babies, so we mums can have some me moments! I must admit, I am not planning more children and I am just sad that this means no more Paula classes! Cannot recommend her enough! My warmest regards to you Paula! This is my second time taking antenatal yoga classes with Paula and Ive found them so helpful. Paula explains the physiological aspects of pregnancy, labour and delivery, in a way that helps understand what we can do to prepare ourselves as well as help our bodies during the pregnancy and birth process. Paula also offers an incredibly useful Active Birth Partner class which my husband and I have taken both times, which covers how your partner can support you during labour, what happens to your body, the stages of labour, and the benefits of remaining active. One of the most beneficial elements is hearing from other attendees after their births to learn their birth stories, how it actually went, etc. During non-Covid times Paulas classes are in her living room and provide a really nice environment to meet up with other women, chat and have a cup of tea at the end of the class. Paulas done exceptionally well moving all of her classes online throughout the pandemic, which means we can continue with this really useful birth education, get some exercise and meet some other parents to be. Ive found Paulas classes to be really beneficial in preparing my mind to allow my body to do what it does naturally, as well as to meet other expectant parents and do some pregnancy-safe exercise. Paula has been running these classes for years and always has time to answer questions, help provide you with information to effectively advocate for yourself, and discuss any concerns outside of class. Im looking forward to taking part in Paulas post-natal classes again this time round; where I can focus on getting my body back in shape in an environment thats appropriate to include my baby and meet other parents.
