The BEST yoga shala in the city. Experienced teachers will guide you in the wonderful practice of Iyengar Yoga. I've learned so much and feel better after every class. One of the coolest places in Birmingham by far!

With fantastic teachers the institute is fully equipped to help you learn the iyengar method of yoga. As a student here for nearly 20 years I recommend it highly. No 2 classes ever the same and I learn something new every time.

Long Covid medical yoga class I recently took part in a course of #longcovid medical yoga sessions. We were given a series of yoga movements exactly tailored to our symptoms and what we could manage that day. It was incredible, very restful and I left the very first session feeling rejuvenated. It has made a significant difference to my long #covid symptoms - big thanks to Jayne and Clare Preston. Also on the course were people with back issues and Multiple Sclerosis. I dont think you need previous yoga experience. Highly recommended!
