My kind of yoga! Could listen to Katie instruct all day. Always leave feeling relaxed yet uplifted.the pace of the class is perfect for me.

After feeling really tight in the hip area and feeling a bit self conscious about starting yoga again, I booked a 1-1 session with Katie. Im so glad I did. Katie wrote a program specifically designed to target my problem areas. I had no reason to feel apprehensive, Katie was really encouraging and made me feel really relaxed. Her free and easy style made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Im not a newcomer to yoga and have done various types, but Im no expert either. It was refreshing to do yoga outside and in the sunshine, it made for a peaceful and relaxing session. Katie was on hand to give me advice and reassurance and correct my poses when necessary, she made me feel really confident in my abilities. After our session I immediately felt relief in my hips. I really cannot wait until our next session.
