horrendous company. Fitted our laminate floor throughout and there has been a problem with the floor creaking everywhere even though they said it was fine to fit. When ringing maz to tell him about the problem he has blocked me on everything so cannot contact him at all. It is true what they say that if you go with a bad company you end up paying twice. We are having to fork out another 3.5k to have the problem fixed as Maz will not acknowledge us at all. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. please avoid.

Keep your money safe! And go with anyone but Maz. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star!
Update: for anyone else who needs to get their money back. Go through your bank. I got mine back. If its a debit card payment then do a chargeback, if its a credit card payment then apply through your credit card company and they will reverse the transaction.

we originally had quotes from a few flooring companies and went with Hagley flooring as they seemed progressional in the shop and the price was good. Oh how wrong were we. I just wish we had spent more as now we are going to have to fork out and pay thousands to have our flooring done again.
Maz and the fitters both said that our floor could be fitted (we had problems with the levels which we got our builder to rectify) so they came round and said its not 100% level but the floor could still be fit and be fine.
We had herringbone laminate throughout the whole house and the whole floor creaks. Everywhere you stand on it it makes a noise. I rang maz to tell him and he came round and at first he was like yes this is bad and even said he wouldnt want to live like that. He said wait a few more weeks to see if it settles. When it was still the same I rang him back and he did not want to know and even blocked me so I couldnt ring him. How unprofessional is that. I have also been blocked on the Instagram page.
Also the fitters are horrendous. Cutting through our brand new kitchen with a multi tool, leaving the kitchen units damaged. Leaving marks on doors where the multi tool has been used to cut away architrave. The flooring was also left with no door thresholds, looking very unfinished. This was not mentioned until asking why they werent fitted. The toilet was also left as Maz apparently hadnt told fitters this was included When i rang originally he agreed with me it was then later back tracked and all of a sudden it wasnt. Then saying he was having to provide extra flooring out of his own pocket. Even though this was included in original quote
I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
We found out the hard way.
I would give zero stars if this was an option.

The next day our carpets were due to be fitted however by 10-11am no one had arrived. We called the office to be told the materials hadnt been picked up yet and would be later on this afternoon.. we waited and waited and by 3pm they were finally here.. the fitters for the carpet were also not very careful and were dragging things in without being careful of walls etc. After few hours the carpet was fitted and it looked great apart from a few scratches on the skirting boards which I was happy to let slide knowing we can fix ourselves.
After a month i noticed a seem in the carpet over a high traffic area starting to show in the carpet .. I emailed Hagley flooring several times with no reply so I called Maz over a week ago and told I would receive a phone call however nothing has come through so I left it another week.. I then have tried to call again this morning and the line will not even ring out which now has me thinking I have been blocked by this company.. I am really frustrated as this is our first home and we have saved so hard to be able to afford nice things and all we wanted was a simple repair on the carpet seem and its just impossible to get an apology or an answer.
Please avoid this company I wish I had spent a bit more money and gone with someone trusted in my local area.
