After having my first babe 3.5yrs ago (weighing in an impressive 9"10lbs) I had a 2 finger abs split/ diastasis recti which I didn't manage to close before my second babe 2ys later. I had a 121 PT session with Sarah who explained the working of the core, watched my technique and was able to give me personalised abs/ core exercises, which she also recorded for me to watch back. After 10w of focus on closing my split I'm over the moon that is is closed! Absolutely no way would this be the case without Sarah's PT session. In closing the abs I'm closer to a stronger core, reduced risk of back pain and future pelvic floor issues. The Mummy PT knows what she's doing and highly recommended! Thanks Sarah x

Before my little ray of sunshine, I endured rounds of IVF which made me pile on the pounds and I was not in a place mentally where I was motivated to do anything about it. Then I got pregnant with my magical little bubba and I absolutely did not care one iota about the weight gain. I embraced it and I loved my body for carrying and birthing a baby. There were complications during birth, my dreamt of water birth with fairy lights seemed worlds apart from the stark reality?! I had complications with my bladder, natural birth methods weren't progressing, induction didn't work, forceps didn't work so it was an emergency C-section in the end. As a result of all these factors, my pelvic floor was shot. My insides felt as though I had gone 10 rounds with Tyson. 6 months postpartum, I was back to myself and my prime fitness goals were to BECOME STRONGER! Obviously I also wanted to lose weight and look better too but my primary focus was to become stronger. I wanted a PT that could transform my body, challenge me to meet my strength and physique goals yet keep me consistently motivated and inspired. I also wanted someone who would be able to improve my pelvic floor and understand what the female body goes through birthing a baby. I did my research and came across @themummypt .I am SO glad I made that call and booked Sarah for my PT sessions. She comes to me twice a week (which is so convenient with my LO). She listened to my goals and tailored my sessions accordingly. She keeps me motivated, inspired and challenges me building incrementally on my workouts keeping things fresh. I have had over 30 sessions with Sarah and have booked in for more. No session is the same and Sarah has great energy about her (even now with her being 30+ weeks pregnant!). I am 20 pounds lighter, leaner, have bounds of energy, I feel great and I am WAY STRONGER (yippeeee!). So thank you to @themummypt .I could not recommend her enough and especially to fellow mummies! I really value her services and can't wait to continue our journey together!

I started Sarah's zoom classes at 3 months postpartum from my second child with the aim of improving my fitness and mental health as well as losing some baby weight and repairing my body after 2 children. I have never enjoyed exercise and struggled to commit to any in the past. However, I've finally found something I not only enjoy but fits around my busy life of a mum of 2. Being able to log on for 45 minutes at home means I don't have to think about childcare and can still have the dinner cooking in the background so it fits into my life easily. Sarah has even included some exercises for me of the cuff, holding my little one when he's been grizzly! Sarah includes different options for each exercise to ensure all levels plus pre and post natal are included. She is extremely down to earth, motivational and knowledgeable. In the past I've felt embarrassed about my low level of fitness and not knowing where to start but Sarah makes me feel at ease and included whatever your level of fitness. In addition to the classes, Sarah's Facebook page, Instagram and Whats app community are a source of support, information and fun. I feel part of a group of ladies even though most of us haven't even met and are all over the UK. I never imagined I could commit to work outs 3 or 4 times a week but Sarah has changed me and I love it! For any Mum wanting to get into exercise and feeling anxious about where to start, I would recommend Sarah!

I did Sarah's online zoom workouts all the way through my 2nd pregnancy and have been so happy with the benefits. I had so much energy and I didn't suffer with the achey joints I did during my first pregnancy. With both pregnancies I have developed gestational diabetes in my 3rd trimester but by doing Sarah's zoom classes I was able to control my blood sugars much better this time around. It meant the symptoms developed later in the pregnancy and I was able to remain off medications. Sarah is friendly, professional and motivational. She has created an amazing network with her zoom classes that is supportive and inclusive. During each class there are options to suit all abilities and while Sarah encourages you to stick to options that you are comfortable with she also pushes you to stretch you're self safely.
