        First was advised my property will be the first job they will do in the morning as its close to their base. Then I received a call to stay they have been delayed at another house and are having technical difficulties with the equipment. Then once they arrived 3hours late he quoted me initially 20 with receiving the pictures on WhatsApp but then he charged 30 extra 10 dont know where that came from. The job was poor quality water was still coming down from windows nothing dried. Definitely will not be using this company again not professional at all. Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Window washing

        Did a very poor job not cleaning the frames as agreed, left mud on the floor inside the house, took a packed of wet wipes. Had to call the police to get him to leave

        Unsatisfied with the overall quality of the clean. I was asked prior to the clean whether my windows had been cleaned recently to which I replied not recently and my windows did need a good clean. I was offered a deep clean and scrub including the sil and window frames to be cleaned for an extra price as my windows hadn't been cleaned recently to which I agreed. The guy used a jet wash and shampooed the windows, but all my top window sils were still dirty, when I raised this that I had paid extra for this service I was told that they don't use ladders and no can do even though I was promised this service. The doors were still dirty and when I put my fingers through them I got dust on them. Some of the windows still had spider webs aswel. Overall I wouldn't recommend getting my windows cleaned from this company. Previously I have paid less with other companies and they have provided a much better service.
