        Left a message via their website: no reply. Rang them up and arranged a clean: they didn't turn up. What a waste of time! Now done it ourselves! Interesting that they have responded over a year after my review!! Can they really remember? I'm sure I would have been in when I was expecting them (10 Sept 2021). Maybe they didn't come when agreed... or not at all?
